Okay why would yahoo buy tumblr?

Tumblr makes like 4.5 million a year profit, and yahoo is apperantly going to spend 50 million to buy it? Who wants to wait 11 or so years to make your money back. That’s such a stupid investment. There’s no way to probe people will stilk even be using tumblr in that time. It’s like how facebook is starting to die, and MySpace. I doubt yahoo will buy tumblr.
